At the Painting Service we learned how to make custom bullion bars out of various metals such as Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Silver, Zinc and more. We also learned how to Sand, Buff and Polish various metals to give a great finish whether its for the custom bullion bars or whether its for various metallic surfaces in customer properties. Though our main man does not make these bars anymore after a liquid metal burn accident while making one of these bars, We are still able to give advice and contacts of others who make them and not to forget we can still polish all metals to a mirror finish. This process started as a hobby but we got so good at the process that we started making custom shapes and bars out of metal’s that are rare. We even helped an appliance repair company by refurbishing a metal hob and buffing and polishing all of the scratches out to a mirror shine for them, They were over the moon by the end result and continue to use us when needed.
