Replica Submarine Door

We changed an internal door in a house to a Replica Submarine Door. We did this for one of our colleagues in The Painting Service as they are converting their bedroom into a sea themed room. If you take a look at the pictures you will notice the waves of the sea through the window, Which is actually the walls that have been hand painted by Spry Design. We took the internal door and placed large bolts around the outer edge of the door, Then we cut a hole in the door for the porthole window to be place, Then we bolted a thick metal handle to give the door a heavy look and then we then masked up the glass and spray painted the door a metal grey. So that is our version of a replica submarine door. Our staff member was very happy with the finished look and we are looking forward to seeing the finished room when the flooring has been completed.
